It was the holiday season, and Samsung was launching its first 360 camera and VR headset. AT&T saw an opportunity to drive sales by showcasing the magic of this new technology.

The Objective

As Creative Director, my goal was to create something unforgettable. I wanted to spark that feeling of wonder that would make everyone feel like a kid again.

The Experience

To bring this vision to life, we built an immersive Christmas Village where visitors shrank to elf-size and explored a life-sized holiday wonderland.

We mounted Samsung’s 360 camera on a moving train and streamed the footage in real time. This showcased the power of AT&T’s fast data and transported visitors into a festive world without them ever leaving the store.

The Results

Thousands of engaged customers, plenty of holiday joy, and a 28% increase in data plan sales for Samsung devices in the stores where the activation happened.
